2. About CATENACCIA
CATENACCIA sells handmade non-precious necklaces and jewelry.
Our products are made using beads and components purchased from selected suppliers. Information about materials is based on the declarations and certifications provided by our suppliers.
CATENACCIA products are not precious jewelry, are not medical devices and do not have any therapeutic purpose.
3. Acceptance of these Terms
By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions, together with the other policies available on the website, including:

5. Handmade products
CATENACCIA products are handmade. For this reason, each item may show small differences compared to the photos displayed on the website, including differences in bead placement, shades of color, measurements or other aesthetic details.
These small differences are not considered defects, but natural characteristics of handmade production, provided that the product received corresponds to the product description.
We make every reasonable effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the colors shown on your device will be completely accurate, as they may vary depending on screen settings and device type.
6. Materials and allergies
Product descriptions include information about the materials used, based on the information and certifications provided by our suppliers.
Customers are invited to read product descriptions carefully before purchasing, especially in case of allergies, skin sensitivity or intolerance to specific materials.
CATENACCIA cannot guarantee the absence of individual allergic reactions or personal sensitivities, unless the product is defective, non-conforming or different from the product description.
7. Product availability
All products are subject to availability.
Since our products are handmade, some items may be available in limited quantities or as one-of-a-kind pieces.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the sale of any product at any time. This does not affect orders already confirmed, except in cases of error, unavailability, failed payment or inability to fulfill the order.

All prices are shown in euros, unless otherwise stated.
Prices include applicable taxes, where due, unless otherwise indicated on the website or during checkout.
Shipping costs, if applicable, are shown separately before the order is confirmed.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
9. Orders
To place an order, the customer must select the desired product, add it to the cart and complete the checkout process by providing the required information.
Before confirming the order, the customer must carefully check:

The customer is responsible for providing a correct, complete and up-to-date shipping address. CATENACCIA is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated information provided by the customer.
Delivery times shown on the website or during checkout are estimates, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delays caused by couriers, strikes, holidays, weather conditions, customs issues, force majeure events or circumstances beyond CATENACCIA’s reasonable control are not considered CATENACCIA’s direct responsibility, without prejudice to the consumer rights provided by applicable law.
14. Risk and delivery
The risk of loss of or damage to the product passes to the customer when the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, physically receives the product.
Upon delivery, the customer is invited to check the integrity of the package and to report any visible damage or irregularity as soon as possible.
15. Right of withdrawal
Consumer customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the day they receive the product.
If an order includes several products delivered separately, the 14-day period starts from the day the customer receives the last product.

16. Custom-made or personalized products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are made to measure or clearly personalized, unless the product is defective, damaged or non-conforming.

products created with colors, beads or components specifically chosen by the customer;

jewelry with initials, names, charms or personalized details;

items not available as standard products in the catalogue and created specifically for the customer.

18. Legal guarantee of conformity

The legal guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidental breakage, impacts, normal wear and tear, poor storage, contact with aggressive substances, water, perfumes, cosmetics or other agents that may alter the product, unless the problem is due to an original defect or lack of conformity.
19. Product care
CATENACCIA products must be handled with care.
To preserve the product over time, we recommend that you:

avoid impacts, excessive pulling or twisting;

do not wear the product while exercising, showering, bathing or sleeping;

store the product in a dry and protected place;

keep the product separate from other jewelry to avoid scratches or damage.
These care instructions do not limit the consumer’s legal rights in case of defective or non-conforming products.

If the website allows the creation of a customer account, the customer is responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for all activities carried out through the account.
The customer agrees to provide truthful, accurate and updated information.
CATENACCIA reserves the right to suspend or close an account in case of misuse, breach of these Terms and Conditions or unlawful conduct.

For disputes with consumer customers, the competent court is the court of the place where the consumer resides or is domiciled, where required by applicable law.
For disputes with non-consumer customers, the competent court will be determined according to Italian law.
